If you have any questions regarding booking, or are unable to find a suitable appointment time, please reach out and we will work out an appointment time.

• We kindly ask for at least 36 hours notice for cancellations/reschedules.

• Please ensure you have read and filled out the intake form and consent prior to your appointment. Also, please be sure to read any emails you receive regarding pre/post treatment instructions.

• We ask all patients to wait 3 months between your Botox appointments. This will ensure you don’t build resistance to the treatment.
